Q: On what do you base your estimates?
A: If it is an apartment, the estimates are basically based on the amount of bedrooms there are as well as the amount of bathrooms, which that constitutes more work. We also base estimates on the square footage and how many hours of cleaning work are figured to be put into the facility provided.
